Transportation committee agrees on law granting foreigners and Egyptians right to establish harbors

The transportation committee in Egypt's People's Assembly (the parliament) approved yesterday a law granting foreigners as well the Egyptians the right to establish general or private harbors. The law would allow foreigners to manage, exploit, maintain and collect money in return for the use of the harbors.
