Arab league denounces Israeli strike at south Lebanon

The Arab League denounced the latest Israeli raids on south Lebanon, stating that they reveal two Israeli intentions that contradict its declaration of withdrawal from south Lebanon.
Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdel Meguid said the AL is following with deep anxiety the continued Israeli raids on the Lebanese territories which constitute a dangerous escalation of tensions and prove Israel's lack of seriousness in implementing UN resolutions.
He asked Arab countries to take more effective and firm steps toward Israeli obstinacy.
