Moroccan King congratulates Blair on N. Ireland settlement

King Hassan II of Morocco today extended his congratulations to British Prime Minister Tony Blair for signing the peace accord in Northern Ireland saying the accord will put an end to the regrettable incidents the region has witnessed for decades.
