Jordanian police recover car in mystery murder

Jordan Police yesterday recovered one of two cars that have been missing since the tragic murders of the three prominent Jordanians last week.

"A Saab used by the murderers in fleeing the scene of the crime was seized after police received a tip from a citizen," police sources told the press.

The triple murder took the lives of top Jordanian lawyer Hanna Nida, his son Suheil, a major businessman, and renowned psychiatrist Awni Saad.

"Police are still looking for the second car that the killers fled in," the same sources said. "The other car is a 1997 silver Mercedes - Benz with license No. 300031 Jordan." they stated.

The police thanked the citizen who gave the information leading to the recovery of the first car, and urged Jordanians who have information on the Mercedes or the criminals to contact any police station nationwide.

The police announced that a monetary award will be given to any citizen providing information that contributes to the capture of the criminals.
