International Court of Justice changes procedures

Due to an increase in the number of cases before it and budget limitations, the International Court of Justice is revising its procedures to facilitate the judicial process by hearing concurrent arguments on the ICJ's jurisdiction in cases and stopping the distribution of written case notes between Judges.
