Hrawi: 425 implementation is UN responsibility

Lebanese President Elias Hrawi said the UN is responsible for implementing Security Council resolution 425, its own resolution, pertaining to Israeli withdrawal from occupied south Lebanon. In a statement issued on Saturday by the Abu Dhabi daily al-Itihad, Hrawi said Israel's withdrawal from south Lebanon is not enough by itself to establish peace and security in the Middle East.
