Palestine trains 4,000 soldiers in anticipation of Israeli West Bank withdrawal

Palestinian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nabil Shaath confirmed that the Palestinian police are training about 4,000 new Palestinian security men to ensure security in the territories from which Israel should withdraw in the West Bank, in spite of the failure of the recent talks held by US peace process coordinator Dennis Ross.
Shaath added that the peace process cannot achieve progress without adhering to previous agreements.
