Somalis drown off Yemeni coast

Some 180 Somalis drowned last week when the vessel taking them to Yemen sank, according to a report issued on Tuesday by the UN Higher Commission for Refugees.
Reports on the incident said only two survivors escaped the vessel, which was heading from Busasou port in northeast Somalia on March 25, adding that some 220 were reported to have drowned while navigating between Yemen and Somalia during March 1998.
