Elias Freij dies in Amman

Tourism minister at the Palestinian Authority Elias Freij died on Sunday in the Arab Center hospital in Amman, MENA said.
In a statement, acting Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah al-Nsour said, "Freij has spent the whole of his life in the struggle in the service of the Palestinian people and their just causes." Freij 's body will be taken today to Bethlehem. Funeral services will be held at al-Mahd church tomorrow, al-Nahar reported.
