Saudi crown prince, deputy premier and chairman of the national guard, Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, today visited the founder of the Palestinian Hamas movement, Sheikh Ahmad Yassin, who is undergoing medical treatment at King Khaled hospital in Jeddah.
