Within days the foundation for a housing project Mrs.Susan Mubarak, wife of Egyptian President's Hosni Mubarak, will be established for those of limited incomes in Asyut.
Mohammed Ibrahim Soleman, the minister of construction and Egyptian housing, said that Mrs. Mubarak asked to start the executive steps for the project as well as changing the project's name to a name that expresses hope for the future.
Mohammed Ragaei El-Tahlawi, the governor of Asyut, confirmed that President Mubarak issued instructions to give the implementation of a drainage system and water projects in the governorates of upper Egypt the highest priority.
