A communique from Burundi's president to Gaddafi

Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi on Sunday received a communique from the president of the Republic of Burundi pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting and consolidating them as well as several key African issues.
The message was conveyed by Burundi's foreign affairs minister, currently visiting Libya, upon his meeting with Gaddafi.
