Saudi Arabia, Pakistan hold successful talks

Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said he and Saudi officials agreed on issues discussed during his meeting with King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz and Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz on Tuesday in Riyadh.
In a statement to the Saudi daily Okaz published yesterday, Sharif said that during the two meetings, matters of mutual concern were reviewed, foremost the Middle East peace process and the situation in Afghanistan. He added that his visit to Saudi Arabia falls in the course of continued coordination and consultations between the two countries.
The Pakistani premier is currently visiting Saudi Arabia to perform pilgrimage rites.
