Libyan leader Col. Muammar Gaddafi on Sunday received a communique from Chad's President Idriss Deby pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.
The message was conveyed by Chad's minister of public works, transport and housing, Ahmat Lamine, upon meeting with Gaddafi.
