Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish undergoes heart surgery

Renowned Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish has undergone a heart surgery in a hospital in Paris, and the operation was reported as successful. The poet will stay in the hospital's intensive care unit for three days. Ten years ago the poet went under a similar heart surgery in a Geneva hospital.
