Egypt - Libya agreement to strengthen relations between countries' youth

Yesterday, Youssef Wali, the secretary-general of Egypt's ruling national party, signed an agreement aimed at strengthening relations between the two countries' youths to help face the coming century's challenges.
The agreement was signed by Mohamed Said El-Magzoub, the general coordinator for communications with the Libyan revolutionary committee.
