A message to Syrian FM from Primakov

Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa on Wednesday received special Russian presidential envoy Deputy Foreign Minister Viktor Posuvalyuk who conveyed a communique to al-Sharaa from his Russian counterpart Yevgeny Primakov.
Talks dealt with developments in the region and obstacles hindering the peace process.
