Iraq, Iran agree on arrangements for visiting shrines

The Iraqi news agency on Thursday said that Baghdad and Tehran have reached an agreement for organizing trips for Iranian visitors to holy shrines in Iraqi cities.
The report said officials representing tourism companies in the two countries on Tuesday signed an agreement in Baghdad arranging transport and accommodation for Iranian visitors received by Iraqi companies on the borders. An official source at the Iranian embassy in Baghdad said an Iranian delegation left Baghdad on Thursday after the signing of the agreement, al-Nahar reported.
