Speaker Berri reiterates the position on Israeli withdrawal

Lebanese parliament Speaker Nabih Berri stated the principles on the grounds of which Lebanon would participate in peace negotiations.
Upon meeting with a number of parliamentarians, Berri made it clear that U.N resolution no. 425 provides for unconditional withdrawal from the south and the western Bekaa.
He renewed Lebanon's refusal to hold any negotiations with Israel or make any security arrangements to implement resolution no. 425.
