King Hussein of Jordan will make a trip to Washington next week.
The Qatari army's chief of staff, Maj. Gen. Hamad Bin Ali al-Atieh, met on Tuesday with the director of the US Defense Intelligence, Patrick M. Huse, currently visiting Doha.
