Kuwait - Iraq meeting, POWs an outstanding issue

The periodic meeting of representatives from Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, American, Britain, France and representatives of the Red Cross will be held on March 18 in Om Kasr at the Kuwaiti - Iraqi border.
The meeting will tackle the issues pending between Kuwait and Iraq, especially regarding individuals still missing since the Gulf War in 1991.
Kuwait has criticized United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan and Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid for not bringing up the issue of the Kuwaiti captives during their meetings with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.
