Sudan's concern with improving relations with Egypt

Mustafa Osman Ismael, the Sudanese foreign minister, confirmed his countries interest in developing relations with Egypt.
Ahmed Abdul Halim, the Sudanese ambassador in Cairo, said after meeting with Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid yesterday that Sudan and Egypt have exerted great efforts to remove all economic and security tension between them.
He also said that strengthening relations and uniting the "Nile Valley" are important matters with which the Egypt and Sudan are greatly concerned.
