Jordan's King receives Arab ambassadors in UAE

In his residence in Abu Dhabi of UAE, Jordan's King Hussein received the Arab ambassadors accredited to the United Arab Emirates.
In the course of receiving the ambassadors, the king underscored the importance of consultations and cooperation between Arab states, "to unify their stands regarding the main Arab issues, particularly the peace process."
King Hussein reiterated the need for a just peace between Arabs and the Israelis while briefing the Arab ambassadors on talks he held with the president of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed bin-Sultan al-Nahyan.
The meeting was attended by Jordan's Prime Minister Dr. Abdul-Salam al-Majali, chief of Royal Divan Dr. Fayez al-Taraunah and other Jordanian officials accompanying the king in his visit to Gulf state.
