Palestinians, Israelis talk on operating tunnel fail

Secretary of the Israeli Cabinet Dani Naveh and Palestinian chief negotiator Saeb Erekat failed today to reach agreement on operating the safety tunnel between the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The meeting is to complement their meeting yesterday at the residence of the US ambassador to Israel, during which they discussed the industrial zone at Carrneih crossing in Gaza, Israeli radio reported.
