Israel to expel foreign laborers

Israel intends to minimize its foreign construction workers, estimated as numbering between 35,000 and 57,000. The chairman of the labor recruitment department said on Sunday that some 7,000 Israeli workers will take the place of these foreigners, Israeli radio reported.
