Killing 100 terrorists in three days in Algeria

100 terrorists were reported killed in the last three days by Algerian forces in broad-ranged operations which included Saida, Sidi Belabas, and Telmcan in western Algeria.
Security sources told ArabicNews.com that terrorist groups, especially the Armed Islamic Group, absorbed effective strikes in the heights of Flous mountain in western Telmcan.
A diplomatic source said the mountains were an important base for the GIA in the Algerian west. These mountains are covered by intensive jungles which made it a very firm fortress for the terrorists, but the area has recently been the target of government anti-terrorist operations.
