Canadian delegation visits Algeria

A Canadian parliamentary delegation arrived in Algeria in answer to the head of parliament's call to holding talks and enhance relations between the two countries' parliaments.
A European Union parliamentary delegation also visited Algeria in February for five days and found that launching an international investigation is not an adequate procedure for solving the Algerian bloodshed.
The Algerian government refused an investigation considering it interference in the country's internal affairs.
