Qatari ruler congratulates Gaddafi on court's Lockerbie decision

Qatar's ruler, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Sunday phoned Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi to congratulate him on the decision of the International Court of Justice to decide on the Lockerbie crisis.The Qatari News Agency said Sheikh Hamad hoped the embargo imposed on the people of Libya will be lifted.
Meanwhile, Tanzania's vice president arrived Doha on Sunday for a four-day visit at the invitation of Sheikh Hamad.
