A message from King Fahd to President Mubarak

President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt on Sunday received a communique from Saudi Arabia's King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz relating to Arab issues, delivered by Saudi Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal during his meeting with Mubarak.
Prince al-Faisal called the meeting fruitful and expressed hope Iraq will implement UN resolutions so sanctions can be lifted, ending the Iraqi people's sufferings.
