Palestine, Economics, 2/28/1998
The deputy assistant at the Palestinain Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, Anis Al Qaq, said there will be no improvement in economic relations between Palestine and Israel as long as there is no change in the political situation.
Qaq said that the continuation of this situation will lead to excluding a great number of economic projects and restricting investment opportunities.
He also said Israel refuses to provide prices list, customs and security measures for commercial goods, by which the Palestinian side have to abide, per their agreements, and thus preventing the Palestinians from economic trade.
