Qatar for no more cuts in Egyptian labor force

The Qatari government informed the government of Egypt that it has suspended the reduction of the number of Egyptian workers in Doha, Kuwait daily al-Rai al-Am reported.
A well-informed Arab diplomatic source said that if the Qatari message is officially declared it will be the most important political signal from Qatar of a substantial effort to halt deterioration of relations with Egypt and to ensure the success of several important political and regional meetings, foremost the meetings of the foreign ministers of the Damascus Declaration signatory states and of the foreign ministers of the OIC which Qatar will host.
