An agreement for petroleum drilling

An agreement for exploring and drilling was signed between the Bahraini government, represented by Bahrain's national petroleum company, Betoko, and the intentional company Chevron to drill for petroleum in the northern and western areas surrounding Bahrain.
The Bahraini minister of petroleum and industry, Sheikh Eisah Ben Ali Al-Khalifa, expressed confidence that this agreement will open a new era of serious work in Bahrain's national petroleum industries.
