Cairo hosts AL human rights meetings

Deliberations of the 14th session of the Arab Permanent Committee for Human Rights started at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo. During its three-day deliberations, the committee will discuss human rights principles, taking into account social, cultural and religious differences.
It will also discuss Palestinian human rights conditions in occupied Jerusalem as well as the program of the Arab Institute of Human Rights in Tunisia set to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the World Human Rights Declaration.
