A message from ruler of Kuwait to Turkish President

Turkish President Suleiman Demirel on Monday received a communique regarding the Iraqi crisis from the ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah.
Kuwaiti minister of state for Cabinet affairs Abdul Aziz al-Dakhil said after he delivered the message to the Turkish president today in Ankara that the communique deals with the Iraqi crisis and conditions in the region.
