A message from Iranian President to ruler of Kuwait

Kuwaiti Crown Prince and Premier Saad al-Abdullah al-Salem al-Sabah discussed bilateral cooperation and issues of mutual interests with Iranian deputy foreign minister Muhammad Sadar.
The ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Monday received a communique from Iranian President Muhammad Khatami. The communique was delivered by Iranian deputy foreign minister Muhammad Sadar upon meeting with Sheikh Jaber today.
