Kuwait FM optimistic over Annan's mission

Kuwait's first deputy premier and foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah expressed his country' optimism that the UN chief will defuse the current crisis between Iraq and UN inspectors during his visit which started today.
