Israel continues aggression against south Lebanon

Israeli occupation forces on Thursday continued extensive bombardment against several towns in the western sector of south Lebanon from its position in Teir Harfa.
The bombardment coincided with a mopping-up campaign with machine-guns fire against the targeted area. In retaliation, Lebanese resistance forces attacked an Israeli occupation position in Hamid in the occupied part of south Lebanon and scored direct hits.
Lebanese security sources said Israeli shelling covered Kafra, Yater, al-Buttom mountains, and al-Asi district. In a statement the Lebanese resistance said resistance groups of Zein Asi and Ahmadullah attacked the Israeli position in Hamid, which was totally destroyed, and direct hits were scored among its personnel.
