Turkish police chief denies presence of Turkish troops in Northern Iraq

The commander of Turkish police for Sernak province in southeast Turkey denied the presence of any Turkish troops in northern Iraq. In a statement on Wednesday Gen. Omar Kejigil added that no operation has been carried out in the region during recent days.
