US envoy arrives in Riyadh
Iraq, International, 2/18/1998
US special envoy David Newton arrived in Riyadh on Tuesday from Cairo in the context of a tour in the region to acquaint these countries with Washington's stand regarding the crisis with Iraq. Newton is also to visit Gulf Cooperation Council member states, Syria, Jordan, Turkey and European states.
