China did not promise US not to vote against striking Iraq at the UN

China reiterated today that it did not promise the US that it will refrain from voting at the UN Security Council against any military strike on Iraq. The spokesman abstained from disclosing of what sort of vote China might cast, saying, "You will see when this vote takes place."
