Further Israeli repression, maneuvers in occupied Golan

Israel has extended the detention of three Syrian citizens from the occupied town of Majdal Shams in the occupied Golan Heights. The Syrian detainees were arrested on Saturday following confrontations that broke out in the town.
Israeli radio reported that the Israeli authorities will arrest more citizens from the town while investigating into the clashes that erupted Saturday between the Israeli army and Syrian citizens of the Golan.
Meanwhile, BBC reported on Monday that Israeli tanks are carrying out military exercises and maneuvers in the Golan Heights. Reporters quoted some Israeli Army officers as saying the maneuvers are designed to raise the preparation of the Israeli army.
