Qatar's FM arrives in Baghdad

Qatar's foreign minister, Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Bin Jaber al-Thani, arrived in Baghdad yesterday to take part in the efforts to find an outlet for the crisis between Iraq and the UN. This is the first visit on the level of Foreign Minister held by a Gulf official to Baghdad since the Gulf War in 1991.
