Kuwait takes preventive measures, border area off limits

Kuwait has declared territories along its borders with Iraq restricted areas because of the current circumstances in the country.
In a statement run on Wednesday by Kuwaiti dailies, the Kuwaiti Ministry of the Interior said "Kuwait's northern, northwestern and western areas are declared prohibited" areas because of current conditions.
In a statement, the ministry banned entry to these areas which are adjacent to Iraq and ordered people who erected camps in the area to leave for their own safety.
