Iraqi envoys arrive in Arab capitals

Qatari Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani received the Iraqi Minister of Justice Shabeb El-Malki who reviewed the situation between Iraq and the UN Security Council and the latest developments in the area.

An Iraqi diplomatic source said that the Arab environment towads Iraq is positive and that Iraq hopes it will develop for the best, including Saudi Arabia's attitude as portrayed by Prime Minister Sultan bin Abdel Aziz.

The Amir of Qatar confirmed that he supports arriving at a diplomatic solution for the crisis.

In Rabat, the Moroccan news agency said that Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Mohammed Hamzah El-Zubaydi has arrived in Morocco as the Iraqi president's delegate and he met with the Moroccan foreign minister.

Also minister Mohammed Said al-Sahaf arrived in Cairo where he met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa and delivered a communique from President Saddam Hussein to President Mubarak.
