Communique from Chirac to ruler of Qatar

Ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani on Monday received a communique from French President Jacques Chirac dealing with cooperation relations between the two countries and several issues of mutual interest.
The message was delivered by the Qatari deputy premier during his meeting today with the secretary of the French Ministry of Industry.
