Kuwait envoy on Gulf tour to discuss Iraq crisis

Kuwait's minister of state for Cabinet affairs, Abdul Aziz al-Dakhil, on Wednesday arrived the United Arab Emirates, his second stop in a tour of Gulf Cooperation Council states, during which he is holding consultations concerning the crisis between Iraq and the UN.
Al-Dakhil carries a message from the ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah, to President Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan of the UAE.
Al-Dakhil is also to visit Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain on his tour, SANA said.
