Libya, Eriterea to establish diplomatic relations at high level

Libya and Eriterea have agreed to exchange bilateral diplomatic relations on the level of ambassadors.
Libyan Television reported on Wednesday that the decision was announced in a joint statement following four-day talks held in Tripoli between Libyan President Gaddafi and Eritrean President Asyas Afworki.
