Fugitive
Kuwait, Politics, 2/4/1998
Kuwaiti Interior Minister Muhamad El-Khaled Al-Sabah yesterday stressed that his country was not offering shelter or asylum for any fugitive terrorists.
Speaking to reporters during an inspection visit to coast guard posts in the Kuwaiti Arab Gulf islands, the Kuwaiti security chief urged pan-Arab coordination for fighting terrorism.
He added that Kuwait would take part in a joint meeting of Arab ministers of justice and interior ministers' councils in Cairo to ratify a unified anti-terrorism strategy, Al-Jumhoria daily reported.
