Libyan President meets with El-Bashir

The presidents of Libya, Sudan, Chad, Burkina Faso, and the Central African Republic will hold a specialized summit for the African desert countries today in Trabols.
The Sudanese president will meet with Libyan President Moammar El-Gadaffi, with whom he will examine the political and economic cooperation between the two countries.
The Libyan news agency said that Eritrean President Isaias Afworki is currently visiting Libya at the invitation of the Libyan president. This invitation was presented in last September, but Afworki's visit was delayed due to an operation in the U.S. on his spinal column.
Afworki arrived today for a visit to Cairo, at the official invitation of President Mubarak to discuss the developments in the African continent.
