King Hussein meets with US secretary of state

King Hussein of Jordan yesterday in his residence in London met with US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The king discussed the Middle East peace process and the obstacles that face the process with Albright.
Both sides reaffirmed that it was necessary to do the utmost to achieve a permanent and just peace.
Meanwhile, Jordan prepared camps near its Iraqi borders to receive refugees who might flee Iraq if the US attacks Iraq.
During any attack, Jordanians would issue a statement to allow Iraqi senior officials to enter Jordan and leave Baghdad, a Iraqi opposition source told ArabicNews.com.
